11. HOW CAN I OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION? |

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN LEAN BUSINESS ENGINEERING |
|
Once you complete the study of all five tutorials in the Lean Business 2100 Management Program, you will be eligible to apply for a Certificate Of Completion In Lean Business Engineering from Lean Business Club. In order to receive this certificate, you will be required to take a Certification Test In Lean Business Engineering online and pay a non-refundable Certification Fee.
The certification test is comprised of Five Questionnaires – one for each tutorial. For example, the Business IQ Test
represents the first questionnaire covering the material in Tutorial 1. You can take the certification test online as many times as you wish. Once you successfully pass this test online (minimum passing grade is 80% for each questionnaire), you will receive a Certificate of Completion in Lean Business Engineering by mail and a professional designation of a Registered Lean Business Engineer (RLBE). Your RLBE designation will be subject to annual validation through continuous education program developed by Lean Business Club and a payment of an annual $200 certification renewal fee.

The Lean Business 2100 Management Improvement Project is a unique three-month project designed to assist business owners to improve the overall performance of their companies and enhance the operational knowledge of their management teams. This project is offered exclusively to Lean Business Club Members, who own a business with annual sales volume of $1 Million or more. The implementation of this project will be carried out by specially trained and licensed Associates and at this stage it is limited to U.S. businesses only.
This project entails ten steps outlined below.
